question about hard drive icon

in panther, you could display how much space and how much was used of that space of your hard drive icon on your desktop. i can't seem to figure out how to do it in tiger. can you do it in tiger?

if you can't understand what i'm trying to say, let me know and i will try to explain better (sorry)

Under the Finder Menubar, select 'View', 'Show View Options', and tick the box next to 'Show item info'. That should do the trick for you.
