Question about hdmi for iPad2 and Bluetooth

So I have an iPad 2 and would like to hook it up to my tv via the hdmi adapter and also use my Bluetooth keyboard at the same time to write documents using the app cloud on (free Microsoft word cloud app) or pages, keynote and numbers on my tv. I should be able to do this right?
