Question about iCloud functionality

Can a game save be made on an iPhone and that save picked up by an iPad?

An an example lets use Angry Birds. I want to play Angry Birds on my iPhone and have the levels I have finished on my iPhone appear finished on my iPad. I assumed this is how it would work when iCloud was announced but I can't find any apps that do that.

It is supposed to allow this, but it is up to the game developer to write the code and update teh app to enable it. IIRC there are a few games that do this now.
