Question about iMac brighness?

Does keeping your iMac, or for that matter an device mad by Apple, brightness up all the way affect it any way? Like for my iMac or Macbook Pro would keeping the brightness up affect the computer? Like would it burn out faster? 😕😕 :apple::apple:
 
It would probably heat it up a bit and possibly make the display last for a shorter time.

I keep it on medium brightness... its perfect for me 🙂
