Question about in-store pickup

I'm going to be ordering an iPad 4 on Friday. Might also get an Mini iMac. I'm planning on setting them up to be picked up in a store that is about 100 miles away so I want to get them in one trip. How long do they hold products once they are ready for pick-up? The Mini will probably be there about 2 weeks before the iPad

Heck, I'd call the store & ask AND get a name.

They will only hold items for a week. Just call and explain your situation and they will extend it. I did this when I ordered a Macbook Air and ended up out of down that week. They were very accommodating.
