Does Apple price their iPad refurbs for the same generation and specs exactly the same? Or can the price for the same iPad vary depending on cosmetic appearance (e.g. scuffs)?
There will never be scratches or scuffs on a refurbished Apple product. And so all the same items are priced the same.Does Apple price their iPad refurbs for the same generation and specs exactly the same? Or can the price for the same iPad vary depending on cosmetic appearance (e.g. scuffs)?
Apple's supposed to replace the chassis as part of the refurbishment process so it shouldn't have any scuffs.Does Apple price their iPad refurbs for the same generation and specs exactly the same? Or can the price for the same iPad vary depending on cosmetic appearance (e.g. scuffs)?
Absolutely. Thanks, I was just wondering because I saw a really good deal from two months ago recently (looking at an old thread on another forum) on a 2nd gen iPad Pro 12.9" 64GB. I haven't seen anything close to that price since, so it made me wonder if that price was a black swan event, or if it was because it had cosmetic imperfections, or if all those specific models are actually priced the same as that.
So I should just keep checking their refurb page and wait for that specific model to show up again?
Or you can always set an alert on Refurb.me and get an email whenever your wanted product becomes available. No need to check anymore. I‘ve used it to buy a few products now, works flawlessly every time. Thanks, I was just wondering because I saw a really good deal from two months ago recently (looking at an old thread on another forum) on a 2nd gen iPad Pro 12.9" 64GB. Yeah, thats what I like to do on occasion (just in case there are some really good deals). So I should just keep checking their refurb page and wait for that specific model to show up again?
Same here...waited for refurb mini 5's, snatched one up and use it every day. Just like brand new with same warranty. Couldn't be happier. I buy all my apple products refurbished and have never had the first problem with any of them.Received my Mini 5 refurb yesterday, is absolutely immaculate. If the box hadn't said refurb I'd have thought it was brand new off the line.
UK refurb store refreshes around 1 - 1.30am. The ipad pro 11" and 12.9" don't last long when they show up, usually Thursday or Friday is when I notice stock. Thanks, I was just wondering because I saw a really good deal from two months ago recently (looking at an old thread on another forum) on a 2nd gen iPad Pro 12.9" 64GB.
