I got an email from the Apple Store saying this :

Repair Estimate
Price Amount Due
Total (Tax not included) $ 269.00 $ 0.00

For : IPHONE 5 FLAT RATE REPAIR RETAIL-INT

What exactly does that mean?
Is that a replacement model iPhone for free or is it just a charge for the day ?
They weren't able to repair the iPhone but they give that charge in ? Does that mean that they are going to ship in a replacement phone for that? or do you have to pay out of pocket in order to receive that phone ?
Is that due now or is that due next time you visit ?

----------

The price was going to be $269 but the due amount was $0 dollars.
But they said something about 3-5 business days.

Very confused about it.

Of course you are confused.

Any anyone reading this email is even more confused.

Without a little bit more information, NOBODY CAN HELP YOU.

After all, your post says they just sent you an email out of the blue. Pretty sure there is more to the story than this.

Anyone trying to answer this is wasting their time.

After going to the apple store while they inspect and tried fixing the iPhone with warranty*

If you ask this question in your other thread you posted, things will make more sense and people will be able to help you. There are just too many threads being posted with the iPhone 6 release that multiple related posts aren't connected. https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1777324/
