I know legit boxes ship shrink wrapped. Is the box top itself sealed too, like with tape or sticker?
 
Mine was store bought and had a clear round sticker that tore the box on trying to peal it off.
 
I worked retail at Apple for a year and from what I can remember, the sticker was physically on the box, the shrinkwrap didn't have anything on it.
