Question about iPhone & tracking capabilities.

If you loose your iPhone and have the GPS tracking activated. If someone finds your iPhone and removes the SIM card does this completely disrupt any ability to find your phone?

I believe the answer is yes... your phone will not be able to report it's position.

MobileMe is just another data service, so if the phone is disconnected in whatever means from the data network it can't tell MM where is it..

Agreed with above. It's MobileMe, not MobileMagic. It'd be cool though.
