Question about itouch

Hi,after try to open a page thru safari my itouch froze,I made a hard reset and when the screen came back on I notice a blue X next to the batery icon. Can any one tell me what that mean? and how do I get it off my screen? Thanks

can you take a screenshot?and is your iPod touch jailbroken?

Try rebooting the iPod. Press and hold the hold button for about 5 secs then slide to power off. Press the hold button again to turn it on. I don't know what the blue X is all about, have you had it before?

i restart my ipod touch thru safe mode and the blue X is gone,i cant explain what was but now is gone
