question about jailbroken back ups

I've heard so many different responses on this I don't know what to believe...

So... does anyone know if you back up a jailbroken iPhone will any jailbreak data back up as well?

I only ask because I want to make sure I can restore from a back up safely if I end up not liking the jailbreak. I want to make sure that no random jailbreak data will end up on the phone after the restore.

Copy and Save your previous non JB backup file to another location to make sure it doesnt get overriden.
