I know the bus is 800 mhz? The ram listed is supposed to r un at 667. Should I be looking at buying the DDR2 SODIMM 800 (pc6400?) instead of the SODIMM 667 at pc5300?

Asked and answered several dozen times already in the forums.

The info is in the MR Guides, specifically MR Guide to Understanding Intel Mac RAM

Short answer. No. The memory bus runs at 667 MHz, hardware locked . FSB != Memory
