So I just spent a lot of money on a brand new SSD and tho it runs fine, it stell gets a thousand errors on disc rights... What is that? My friend says its because I have so much crap on my mac....
Can you explain where you are seeing these errors? In Disk Utility verify disk, or in repair permissions? What does the error message say?

Are your beachballs gone?

A permissions repair will always pull up error, most of them can be ignored without issue.

Some MBPs are more prone to disk cable problems, but we do not know the year or model of your MBP yet. If you want to investigate possible software problems then download EtreCheck (free) to get an anonymous system report that you can copy and paste into a reply. Macrumor members can take a look and maybe find some issues to investigate.

Repair permissions. Same errors. "permission for x should be X but is Y" etc.

I had the disk interface cable fail last year on my early 2011 MBP 13". Symptoms were:

Disk went into Read Only, unable to re-partition etc in DU
UDMA CRC Error Count in Smartstatus showed a rising error count.

New cable was an instant and immediate fix (takes 10 careful minutes start to finish), the disk came out of Read Only without intervention and went back to normal.
