Question about MobileMe Sync feature

So I ran into a little problem.

I have mac pro which is my main machine and macbook.

I have setup MobileMe sync on mac pro and same on macbook

is there anyway to control the flow of sync? Basically what happened is my itunes library is not the same on my macbook and macpro. when i sync macbook it overwrites settings on mac pro and i have to locate my library. what i want to do is to let my macpro be always master and only update macbook with settings not the other way around.
