question about more than Email.

hello I use Icloud and I have 3 Email + number?
@hotmail.co.uk
@me.com
@icloud.com
and my actual number

Can I delete the me and Icloud? and be able to use facetime and Imessages in one hotmail.co.uk? for all my three devices ( iphone/Ipad/MBP) ?

can I also use the three devices in the back up and sync contacts/notes? with one Email?
or each device must have a Different account?
