Question about MyWi + iPad

If I only use mywi to tether to my iPad will ATT notice?

I was thinking that since the iPhone and iPad use the same browser maybe it would be impossible for ATT to see that I'm tethering.

They can still tell if they want to look into it.
Not sure how they detected the ones tethering unofficially earlier this month but if you use it moderately and dont run up alot of Gigs of data usage you should be fine.
