Question about online ordering/new customer

If I was to order a 4S online, then bring it into a provider store of my choice (Sprint) would they be able to set me up with a contract and such? Basically, I don't have a current contract with any mobile provider that the iPhone is on, so I would be a new customer. Or, since I'm a new customer, would I have to purchase an 4S from either 1) Local Apple Store or 2) Sprint store?

Yes, provided you bought a Sprint iPhone 4S online.

They will check your credit before you check out but pretty much approved with sprint , so your safe

You can also do the whole thing online, go to Sprint.com, select your phone, plan and etc.
