How will you get your 3GS?

If I already have an iPhone 3G, but the bill is not in my name, can I still pick up the 3GS on my own in the Apple Store if I am just upgrading?

Also, do you think they will give us one of those cool iPhone bags? 😀
 
You have to be an authorized user on the account in order to upgrade a line or activate a new line.

Not sure about the bags 😛
