Just wondering if you restore to factory default settings when your jailbroken, or just update to the latest apple firmware, do you have to repay for all the apps you purchased in cydia if you want to jailbreak again? Or you just download them again, since they have you on record buying them?

no you dont have to rebuy them, that was why your signed into your google account in cydia to make them originally so it would remember your if you need to redownload, now if you switch devices some apps/tweaks have a limit to how many device you can use for the same purchase

Cydia make you login either with your google ID or Facebook ID, once your Cydia Account is licked to one of those two, you pay for the App only once.
