question about quikpwn

i have a 1gen itouch 32g 2,1 ipsw and i have quikpwned, my question is this:
if i update to 2.2 and using the 2,2 quikpwn i will able to pwn my itouch? should i expect any truble? i am on pc running xp

It should work fine. You should put your iPod into dfu mode, upgrade to 2.2 through iTunes, then run the newest version of Quickpwn. It should all run flawlessly.

He can, but a dfu mode is more thorough. If you aren't that paranoid that go ahead and restore through itunes to 2.2 then do quickpwn.

its always best to start a fresh when upgrading to a new firmware jailbreak thats probably why DFU was suggested.

That's what i did and it worked fine. What can go wrong with the iTunes update if you don't use DFU mode?
