iPod touch Question about Restore

Ive jailbroken my Touch and put all the iphone APPS on. If i did a restore via iTunes, would it get rid of the jailbreak and all the new apps?

Yes - it puts the original firmware back on the iPod so would wipe out any customization / apps, etc
