Hi, I am currently at work, and I do not have a internet connection. And I need to restore my iPhone, some of the apps keep freezing or crashing.

Do I need an Internet connection to restore my iPhone?

    Thanks

Yes, iTunes will need to download the firmware file to do the restore.

Nope, I can't restore without an Internet connection. :-(

Quick question; why is my iPhone constantly trying to update the carrier settings?

Thanks so much for all the help
