question about spaces

I currently have 2 spaces defined and I want to achieve the following:

I want that all windows I maximize get in between Desktop 1 and Desktop 2 and NEVER change that ordering.

Is this possible? I've been trying to do so but failed ... any help will be appreciated 🙂
