Question about SSDs in refurb iMacs

The UK refurb store regularly has loads of iMac, either advertised as having 500GB / 1TB Hard drive OR 128 / 256MB SSDs. They never seem to have both, whereas the new iMacs can be specified with EITHER an SSD on their own, OR both types of drive.

Would I be correct to assume that when I see one with an SSD, that is the only drive available?
