I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this question, but I want to verify with the community. I'm planning on buying a 2G pretty soon, and also planning on doing some self-repairs to my iPhone 4, which will put it out of commission for about 3-4 days. During that time, I'd like to be able to use the 2G as my main phone. I'm on AT&T, with a microSIM. Would this plan work -
1. JB/Unlock iPhone 2G
2. Get regular sized SIM from AT&T
3. Put regular SIM in iPhone 2G (no activation, obviously)
- without messing up anything with regard to AT&T? My only concern is that somehow switching between phones messes with my plan, but from what I understand, as long as it's unlocked, there should be zero issues. Thanks in advance!
