Question About Syncing Contact List

Hey guys, I just got my first Mac computer, a new alu MacBook . I want to sync my iPhone contact list (Names, phone numbers, pictures, email addresses, etc.) into my Address Book on my new Mac. How can I do this? Or do I have to manually add them one-by-one?

You set everything up through iTunes. iCal, Address Book, Music, Movies, Apps, etc.

I tried doing that, but from what I saw, I could sync my Address Book to sync to my Contacts List but not my Contacts List to sync to my Address Book.
