Hi people,

Sorry if this is a dumb question... but I want to get the mini-dvi to video adapter dongle for my MacBook, so I can use frontrow, and watch video content on my TV. I've noticed that on this dongle it looks like there is only a "video out" and an "s-video out" on the dongle... and nothing to output the audio.

So, if that is the case, how do I get the video AND audio out of my MacBook and onto my TV? What do I need, and how do I do it? It should be simple, right? :p

Thanks in advance :)

Correct...the DVI port (and thus the adapter) only handles the video. In order to connect the audio, you'd need a separate cable to run from your MacBook's headphone jack to the TV...it would just be a headphone mini-plug to stereo RCA cable.
