Question about the Stacks in Dock

In Leopard, the Apps, Downloads, and Documents folders in the Dock show the first (or newest addition) as its icon. Is there any way of setting a default icon to each folder so it doesn't change everytime I add something to the folder?

right-click > Display as > Folder
