my first ifruit and first time doing trade. questions--
ive got the 13 pro max 1tb unlocked. Will trade in for flagship 14 max 1tb.
i bought apple care + outright on 13 pro max. can this be transferred to the 14 max or do/should i cancel the apple care+ on the 13 prior to trade in?
from what i seem to gather, you have to pay full price for the phone, then send in the trade in and then you get the credit? can i go into an apple store to do this or is it all online?
samsung will sell you the phone at the discount ( meaning with trade in added) and once you get the replacement device you send the old one back. this is what i am used to so I 'ppreciate the help on how apple handle this...
