Question about time machine recovery?

I'm getting a new 2012 iMac with fusion drive.

My current setup has 2 drives, one 256SSD and another 2TB.

I'm wondering how I can get my time machine backup onto the new computer which will only have 1 drive ... ?

Can you be a little clearer? On your current setup, where is the 2tb? internal? Do you just want to get the data off it or do you want to move it all together over and attach it to your new imac?
