iPad Question about updating iPad 2

Hello, I have not updated my iPad 2 yet and I'm wondering if is going to be worthy updating? What differents does anybody see?

Indeed. The iPad 2 came with iOS 4 and thus no iCloud. Many folks fine the automatic backups via iCloud to be reason enough to update.

I noticed it a little bit when updated from 4 to 5 and then 5 to 6 buy both times my iPad had been acting wonky before the updates. So I did a backup to iCloud, wiped it and pulled my stuff back down and saw big improvements.
