Depends if its a hardware or software issue you have. Sticky or failed buttons etc you wont have an issue. Battery dying quickly they will tell you to bugger off

Downgrade ASAP to 6.1.4. If you don't have a dev account, your warranty won't be honored if you take you rphone back with 7.0b1 on it.

Click to expand... personally, i dont think they would care since its not a modified or JB device. its an OEM apple ios version. and i highly doubt they will check his UDID or dev status, they are gonna wipe the phone anyways. i suggested to do it just for good measure.
