iPod Question concerning MediaFork

Now that Media fork is finally out, what do you guys think about it? I'm really not literate when it comes to this kind of stuff, but I was wondering can I now rip my movies and have them the same quality as if I got them from iTunes? I really like the way I get movies from iTunes, The quality is great the size is small, and it works in both iTunes and my ipod. If it is possible could someone explain the settings I should use?😀

My experience with MediaFork is that it's not as fast encoding H.264 mp4 as Handbrake is.

Mostly what I was wondering was if I could get the settings that I should use to get the same quality video that I can get from iTunes. Where I can play it on both my imac and my iPod
