Question: Creating rotating objects

Ok, I'm not real sure where to look, but I know what I want to do. These are all over the internet, but what I mainly want to do is create a loop of a rotating object (in this case: MacBook Pro) on a transparent background. Like you can do a 360 view of a car or the iPhone on a website, but I just want it as a video. What software would I need (Flash?) and how would I go about making it? Thanks for any tips or links!

First of all you need to capture the video that you want. Once you have the video you will need to mask out the area around the car. This is where is gets a little tricky. If you have Adobe Photoshop CS3 extended you can do some of it there, but you will probably be better off using the Final cut studio suite or after effects to create the desired effect.

If you don't need it as video (which will probably be way easier) you can simply use photoshop to create an animated gif. Or Use flash to create a similar effect.
