Question for iPhone experts

Hello new to the board as I'm buying an iPhone from a friend. I attached a picture (its in word format so safe to open) but neither of us know what version it is as 6 months ago his company gave it to him and the company when bankrupt. I would like to know which model it is to offer a fair price....could anybody help?

Looks like the original iPhone to me, a picture of the back would help more.

Why does your picture have the Engadget logo on it?
