Did they swap your phone out no questions asked? Or do you have to be able to duplicate the problem in the store? Sometimes it works correctly and sometimes it doesnt..

This isn't google with its instant answer voodooness. Plus, it's a Sunday, lots of people are hungover.
 
My wifi issue was that my phone wouldn't find any wifi networks at all. So it was vey easy to replicate in the store, since all they had to do was look at the wifi menu. Then when I told them that I had already done a restore and had tried reseting my network settings, they gave me a new phone (well, they tried. But they were out of replacement phones for my model. So they ordered one). So yes, they verified that there was an issue
