Question for you guys!

I have 1600 to buy a laptop, i can spend few more hundred dollars.

I Sold my MBP 15inch the 2011 early model which had high res anti glare for 1600.

Now my question is what should i buy next.

A 13 inch macbook air or 15 inch mbp. or just the Ipad with retina display.

I have an external monitor to watch movies which i can connect to any laptop.


I have my company laptop which is with me now. its Lenovo 15 inch 2.4 ghz 4 gb ram windows 7 with 64 Bit os. I Keep with me all the time. it got 120 gb SSD.

I say it really depends what you need it for. If your computer works perfectly, no problems, then I would suggest buy the IPad because it is more portable then your laptop and you can still get the basic things done.

I think that a 13.3" MacBook Air is a good choice. If needed, you can max out the memory and the storage.
