Every day.

I have an Activator action that restarts my phone automatically every morning at 7:30am (I'm jailbroken).

Typically only during iOS updates, or in the very rare occasion that something seems to be acting buggy and simply closing the app doesn't work.

Only if I need to for update reasons, it gets stuck, or some other unforeseen reason. Ninety -nine percent of the time it is rebooted for updates and that is it.

Nah, just have an alarm that refuses to go off in the AM if I don't restart. Got tired of doing it myself and already had Activator installed, so… 😀

I've been told all I need to do is cycle the alarm off then back on, but I already had this set so I left it.

Maybe once a month but know I have gone months between rebooting. Sometime the iOS update is the only reboot my phone will see for months.

Having no problems that would make me reboot.

I usually turn off my phone for a few hours on Friday night and plug it in at Midnight every week.

Aside from forced reboots for updates, almost never and I'm using a 4.5 year old 5S.

I answered "Weekly". But it's really only when needed, which usually happens weekly.

TBH, more often that I used to.
I definitely felt I'm rebooting my 6S under iOS11 much more often due to certain quirks vs any previous versions of iOS and iPhones. I understand that iOS gets more complex now, and it's about time Apple focus on patching things up instead of shoving in new features.

I try to restart mine weekly. I remember reading that it's not a bad idea to clear the cache every now and again.

I don't really restart it on a schedule. Of course it restarts when it installs updates. I will restart it myself (usually a hard restart to clear memory) when I notice something acting flaky (e.g., not staying connected to WiFi, an app not syncing reliably with my Apple Watch). A hard restart of both my phone and my watch tends to resolve most issues I encounter. About a month ago the flashlight and camera buttons disappeared from my iPhone X lockscreen, but a restart brought them back.
