To clear up space, I ripped my DVD collection to disk. I have certain titles (shorts) that also feature a commentary audio track.

For some strange reason, the DVD authors decided, rather than have those commentaries as a second audio track alongside the regular audio, they would be entirely separate titles, and so they extract as distinct files.

Extracting audio is easy enough, but how do I add the audio commentary track to the regular title so that it has two audio tracks?

I would like to keep the files as m4v, not turn convert them into mkv (I always seem to run into some sort of issue with the latter).

FWIW, I've since found that FF-Works (successor to FFMPEG) does this.
