Question Mini displayport dual link DVI SNOW issue

Hi

Anybody know how to update the version to 1.03, i called some dealer around here in asian, seem they do not know how to do it. I heard still it won't fix it. Please help thank you

I don't know how to upgrade the firmware, but I doubt you can.

Are you sure your Mac will do that resolution at that speed? Not all do.

i am using it on the dell, it is fine

sometimes the snow just comes and go, i just need to unplug the usb port
