Get some beginning programming books or take some beginning programming classes (any programming language) and learn to program first. Plan on between 2 weeks and 2 years. Objective C and iOS development comes later.
 
Learn C The Hard Way is a free ebook, google it, learn from it, I recommend it.

After you learn C, hit the iTunes U videos other people's suggested.
