Question on icons that sometimes appear beloe the battery and Wi-Fi status symbols upper right iPhone 13 ProMax IOS 15.3

Hello,
I have noticed that sometimes icons appear below the battery and Wi-Fi status symbols on the upper right of the screen on my new iPhone 13 ProMax running the latest IOS 15.3. They look like two toggle buttons, one is on and is one off although they are really just two icons.
Anyone know what this means?

From what you describe it sounds like you are seeing the personal hotspot icon. Post a screen shot showing it.

I think it’s to show you where the Control Center pull down is located. It sounds like the Control Center icon.

Sounds to me like you are describing the Control Center icon. I’ve only seen it show up in the upper-right corner shortly after setting up a new device though, likely as a training cue.

Have you not opened the Control Center yet by swiping down in the upper-right corner?
