Question on Max Tech videos

I was watching the review of the new MacBook 13" on Max Tech Youtube today, what is the app/utility he uses that shows the fan speed in the top menu bar? He refers to the fan speed and you can see it around 7:50 in this video posted today:

I'm unsure of that application in this video, but I do know you can download Macs Fan Control for free and it'll show you the fan speed. You can also use this to control the fan speed if you wish.
