Hi, been around for a long time, don't really post much though...Anyways, nabbed a framed image with both Jobs' and Wozniak's signature on it. Kind of curious of the value if anyone has an idea. Jobs' autograph is what will make it valuable. It came from a local high-end framing shop I use, as part of a collection that was a few years old and never paid for the services. JSA COA so it's legit.

Anyone have any thoughts on what this may be worth? It's hard to gauge the value because Jobs pretty much refused to sign autographs most of his life and there's only a handful out there.

You will need to have the siggy verified (Letter of Authentication, or L.O.A.). At the same time, whomever does the certification should have a great idea of the value.

JSA already done. Authentication services almost never place a value on memorabilia, that's not their business model. I've got quite a few things authenticated over the years, and what's perplexing on this specific item is that there's no other examples. Was hoping maybe there were a few collectors on here that may have an idea of its value, not its authentication.

I apologize, just reread and I missed the JSA COA. I don't know what it is worth, but I would think it very valuable. If you get an appraisal, before you do anything, please post here, as I would be very interested.

PS. I will do some research this week and share what I find. That is a most interesting piece.

Thank you, and will do. My first post may have been a bit confusing because I used COA instead of LOA. Sometimes those are used interchangeably (although not correctly).

If you can get notarized letters of provenance, that will help in a possible sell much more than a JSA cert, which in and of itself, really doesn't mean that much, especially with reputable action houses.

What do you mean "JSA doesn't mean much"? This is for an autograph authentication, not for a collectable memorabilia item such as artwork or the first iphone or whatever. The photo itself is worthless. JSA is the number one most reputable autograph authenticator on the planet.

But again, this is not a question about authenticity, my post is only concerned about value.

More me not reading and my wording was somewhat confusing. Cert of Authenticity is actually what it is, just an old man getting back into hobbies that I haven't been involved in for quite a few years.

But have no doubt, that is a valuable piece. Make sure to get an appraisal.
