My iPhone 4 has been a little sluggish lately. I was wondering which option I use to restore it to back up? I don't want to delete all my data like photos and stuff, but I just want to reset so it will hopefully fix the slow problems.

Easiest way: Sync it to iTunes via USB. Then, while connected, right click the iPhone on the left under devices and choose back up. Then, you can restore it easily.
