Question on selling iphone 5 sprint

I tried a search but came up with no good results. I have sold an iphone 3G before on CL (I was on AT&T) and it was easy because I just took the sim out.
My question is, once I activate my old andriod phone will my iphone 5 be available on sprints network without any trouble for the buyer to activate it, or will it somehow be Locked? Thanks

Yes, once you activate your number with another phone then your old i5 will be able to be activated to any other number on sprints network.
