question regarding a simple task in automator

i was wondering if someone could tell me how i can do this in automator. i have a folder called Temp that i like to put files in that i'll eventually get to. i would like to make an automated task that will perhaps once a wk move whatever files i have in my download folder into my Temp folder so as not to clog up my dl folder. can someone help me with this? thanks.

That's pretty simple for automator to do. Where exactly did you get stuck? You know you can record an action for automator to do later on...
