I just purchased a new iPhone 4s today and was wondering if my old 3gs chargers will still work on my new iPhone?

No, it won't. They totally changed the 30 pin dock connecter and the voltage. They said this at the Keynote. You'll have to use the one that came in the box.🙄

I must have missed that! The charger that came with my 4S is still in the box, unused. I’ve been using the charger from my 3G, no problem.

Well that's completely incorrect, but nice try.

All 30-pin connectors are the same. You can use any of them to charge an iPhone.
