Question regarding Editor and Cache Manager

Hi..
IM using CODA as code editor and MacKeeper for Cache cleaning.

Both of them are too big applications and thus makes the system slow a bit.
Im looking for better light weight IDE or code editor. Has anyone got a suggestion ?

And for cache cleaning, do you recommend using YASU (http://jimmitchell.org/yasu/) over Mackeeper ?

I can just uninstall Mackeeper then.
