Question regarding iCloud Photo Library (beta)

Hello, I have iPhone 5, version 8.1
I have around 200 Photos including Videos. I dont want to use iCloud Photo Library (beta) or Photostream so I have disabled them, now it is showing that all the photos and videos will be deleted after 30 Days. Now my confusion is that will all the photos and videos get deleted from iCloud or my iPhone because I dont want to lose them from my iPhone.

Clear my confusion.

They will be delted from icloud.
Your phone doesn't delete photos by itself.

So that means I am Safe.
All I want my photos to be on iPhone not on iCloud.
